1 ˝ Cup sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp white corn syrup
2 Tbsp butter
pinch of salt
˝ cups cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in 2quart pan or larger and cook over medium heat until boiling stirring constantly. Test periodically until it reaches soft ball stage. (test in cold water) Take from heat and beat until creamy
Pour onto buttered platter and mark squares.
