2 Cups Sifted Flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups applesauce
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks melted margarine
1 tsp nutmeg
Raisins or nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325º
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
You can add Raisins or nuts (optional)
Bake in 9X13 pan @325º for one hour
