1 8oz package brownie mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp cold water
1 14oz bag of Kraft caramels
1 5oz can evaporated milk
2 8oz Package Philadelphia cream cheese softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Chocolate syrup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Mix brownie mix, 1 egg and water in medium bowl until well blended.
Spread into greased 9 in sq pan and bake 25 minutes. Melt caramels w/milk in heavy 1 ½ qt sauce pan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping, pour remaining mixture over brownie crust. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add two eggs one at a time mixing well. Pour over Caramel mixture in pan. Bake 40 minutes. Loosen cake from Rim. Cool before Removing rim. Chill. Heat Reserved Caramel mixture in small sauce pan until warm. Spoon over cheesecake. Drizzle with Chocolate Syrup.
