1 lb of chicken (white or dark is fine)
2 cups of Olive oil
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1/2 of a large onion chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a plastic zip lock bag. Put in the refrigerator for overnight or for 2 hours.

You can cook the chicken in a pan, grill, or bake it. Cook until done. Plate it with the juices of the chicken and then sprinkle with sun dried tomatoes.
