Ingredients:  
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or 3 15 oz. cans, drained
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. milk
Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingred. with mixer and pour into casserole dish. Mix topping and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 min.
This also freezes well.
