1 yellow cake mix
1-3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1-8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1-12 oz. cool whip
1-15 1/2 oz. can pineapple (drained really well)
1 cup chopped pecan's
1 cup toasted coconut (under broiler)
1/2 cup maraschino cherries (cut fine & drained)


Directions:

Make cake mix and bake in large cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 min. cool
Mix pudding mix with milk. Stir in cream cheese. Fold in cool whip and spread on cake.
Drain pineapple (squeeze in hand to dry), sprinkle on cake. Sprinkle rest of ingredients over cake.
