1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and form balls. Brown in skillet and drain.

Mix tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs in skillet. Simmer 45 minutes.

This was a special meal only prepared a few times on special occasions. I remember us girls preparing it for Mom & Dad's anniversary. Melva and I made it for their 25th anniversary at Leesburg.
