2 cups (16 oz.) fresh whole green beans or frozen cut green beans (from 1-lb. pkg.)
1 Tbsp. butter (do not use margarine)
3 Tbsp. slivered almonds or pine nuts
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Bring 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan. Add green beans. Cover; cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain. Transfer beans to serving dish; cover to keep warm.
Melt butter in same saucepan; stir in almonds. Cook over low heat 2 minutes or until almonds are very light brown. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon over beans.
