1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Glaze
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. mayonnaise (or butter)
1 1/2 T. water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients (except glaze) and spread/press into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 23 min.
Mix glaze ingredients and spread over warm bars.
