Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 - 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2-3 Tbsp butter/margarine (or bacon grease)
2-3 finely chopped potatoes
1 c. water (about)
salt & pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
2-3 slices of bacon, optional

* Cook onion in butter until onion is clear and tender.
* Add chopped potatoes, salt & pepper, and about
1 c. water.
* Cook until potatoes are tender
* Add cream style corn and milk
* Heat until serving tem.
* Top with Baco Bits or crumbled bacon

NOTE: Original recipe called for cooking several slices of bacon and using the bacon grease to cook the onion.
