2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Form into 1" balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.

Meatballs can be frozen before baking. When needed, bake frozen meatballs at 450° for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned and wooden pick inserted into meatball passes through easily. I find it is easier to put a layer of foil on the bottom, less clean up!
