Melt together:
32 carmels
5 tablespoons cream

Mix together:
¾ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Additional ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Press half of second mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degree oven. Spread caramel mixture over this. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans and small package of chocolate chips on top. Cover with rest of oatmeal mixture. Bake 10 minutes more.
