1 stewing hen, cut up
4 cups water
1 cup chopped onion
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups sliced carrots
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 TBL chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken, water, onion, bouillon and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Remove chicken. Cool and debone
Add carrots, simmer 10 minutes.
Mix flour and water. Blend until smooth. Add flour mixture and celery into pot. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add chicken pieces. Stir.
Mix Baking Mix, milk and parsley until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew. Cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.

I use the largest pampered chef scoop to make beautiful, uniform Drop dumplings.
You can use rolled dumplings if preferred.
