4 Ham Hocks
1 package Great Northern Beans
1 Onion Sliced
Corn Bread (Jiffy Mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the beans in a bowl and run cold water over them and “wash” the beans. Make sure there are no “rocks” in them. If so, remove. Soak the beans in water overnight. After soaking the beans, place in a large stock pot and cover with water. Place the ham hocks in with the beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to hard boil, then lower to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Usually about 2 hours
Until the beans are tender/soft. Using the Jiffy Ready Mix, follow the directions on the box. Place the mixture into muffins pans or a loaf pan, which ever is your preference. Serve with the beans, and sliced onion (on the side).
