Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
2 cups Minute Rice
Flour
Water
Onion Flakes
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger, and chop up into fine pieces. Add salt and pepper and onion flakes. Cook until all hamburger is brown and a little “crisp”. This will make the gravy nice and brown. After browning, cover with water and bring to a boil. Mix about a cup of water and a couple tablespoons of flour in a covered mixing glass. Shake vigorously until all flour is blended into the water. Pour slowly over the hamburger stirring continuously. Lower heat and cook until gravy is thickened. Take 2 cups of water and put in medium saucepan and bring to boil. Add the 2 cups of Minute Rice and cook for about a minute. Turn down the heat and cover. Let simmer until the water is absorbed by the rice. Place rice on plates, cover with the meat mixture and serve hot.
