Two heads of Cabbage
One average sized Ham
4-6 Medium Potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the Ham into several “chunks” and place in a large roaster pan. Cut the cabbage into quarters (or smaller if desired). Peel and quarter the potatoes and place in the roaster and cover all with water.
Add salt, pepper to taste. Cover and cook until cabbage and potatoes are done. Remove ham from roaster and place on a large platter, surrounding it with the potatoes and cabbage
Serve hot.
