2 lb. of ground beef
2 onions, peeled and diced
1 lb.carrots peeled and diced
4 cups (finished liquid) of reconstituted powdered milk
2 beef bouillon cubes crushed and mixed into one cup of hot water
2 tbsp. of flour
Salt and pepper
Potatoes galore cooked, mashed and ready for eating

Braise the ground beef and break it all down to little pieces; add vegetable ingredients and cover with the powdered milk (liquid) and flour mixture. Add the bullion mix and cook until a good gravy forms. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
