1 yellow cake mix
1 package (4 serving) instant pistachio pudding
1/2 oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 water
3 heaping T. brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, sour cream, sugar, and water. Put 1/2 batter into 3 small greased loaf pans.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Place 1/2 mixture evenly over batter in pans. Add remaining batter to pans and top with remaining brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
