12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp Dijon mustard
6 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp horseradish
1/3 c. onion, minced
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion salt
Paprika for garnish
Radish slices for garnish
Chives (chopped) for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooled eggs in half lengthwise.
Put yolks into sieve set over medium size bowl, press the yolks through sieve with the back of a spoon.
Mix all ingredients except garnish.
Spoon or pipe deviled mixture into halved eggs.
Garnish & chill covered until ready to serve.
