6 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs into mixer bowl; beat until frothy. Beat in milk and butter.

Slowly beat in flour & salt. Batter should be light

Preheat oven to 400º

Generously grease popover pans or muffin tins. Fill each within 1/2 inch of top of cup. Bake until dark brown & well done.

I had my first Popover in downtown Chicago at the Water Tower Place. I found this recipe in 1980's while living in Chicago IL. LOVE THEM!
