4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

Directions:

Blend in blender, then pour into a baking pan sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.

Dust with Powdered Sugar and serve with Lemon Wedges

Note: It is essential for your oven be at the correct temperature and batter not put in a cool oven, or it won't work.

The first time our family had Dutch Baby Pancakes was at The Original House of Pancakes in Wilmette, IL. It wasn't until we moved to CA that a friend gave me this recipe in Sunnyvale, California, in 1996.

These are so easy and taste delicious.
