4 Eggs, separated
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until very light. Add vanilla and butter. Combine flour and salt; add with milk to egg mixture. Beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Bake on hot Belgian waffler.

This recipe is from my Nordic Ware Waffler, in the 1980's when we lived in Chicago.
