2 1/2 C Self-Rising Flour
2 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
4 Large Eggs
1 1/2 C Oil
3 C Apples (fresh, peeled, cut up apples) (5 apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Spray Bundt cake pan with Pam. Mix together: flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs and oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add apples. Pour batter into Bundt cake pan. Bake about 50 minutes on middle rack of oven until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool about 10 minutes and take out onto cake plate.
