Cinnamon Rolls:
3/4 C Yeast
1 3/4 Gal Plain Flour
1 1/2 C Dry Milk
1/2 Gal Sugar
1/4 C Salt
1 3/4 C Shortening
3/4 Gal Water
1/2 C Cinnamon
1 Qt Oil

Icing:
2 Lb Powdered Sugar
1 C Milk
2 Tbsp Vanilla

Directions:

Mix cinnamon, sugar, and oil together, and set aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Blend dry ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add shortening to water and yeast. While mixing dry ingredients on low speed, add yeast mixture. Mix for 10 minutes. Set bowl of dough in warm place until double in size. Roll dough over very thin. Spread sugar mixture and roll up like a jelly roll. Cut in 1/2 inch size. Place on greased pan, and let rise again until double. Bake at 350º until brown. When cool string icing over the top.

Note from Lisa: Finally - the coveted cinnamon roll recipe - Annie this one is for you - we wouldn't have had it otherwise. Mama says for the icing she used 1 C Orange Juice instead of Milk. Since this recipe is for 100, you can always freeze or you can go online and convert the quantity down by ever how many you would like.
