4 tomatoes, peeled
1 c sour cream
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t sugar
1 T flour
2 T green onion, chopped
2 T green chiles, chopped
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into thick slices (2 or 3). Squeeze each gently to remove seeds. Arrange with cut side up on baking pan. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Spoon evenly over tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top of each. Just before serving, broil until cheese browns slightly (4 min).
