3 large potatoes peeled & sliced
1/2 an onion diced
small container of French dressing
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place sliced potatoes on a sheet of tinfoil, sprinkle with salt & pepper, minced onions, diced onions & parsley. Pour full bottle of French dressing over. Wrap tinfoil around & seal ends tightly (use 2nd sheet of tinfoil if it is to thin so no dressing escapes). Cook for 11/2 hours turning every 20 mins.
