2 lb. Ground Beef
1 small can Tomato Sauce
1 large Onion chopped
1 lb. Velveeta chopped into chunks
2 T. Butter
1 small can chopped Green Chilies
1/2 pt. of Half & Half
2 T. Flour
8-12 Corn Tortillas
1/2 c. Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger in skillet. Saute onion and green chilies in butter. Add flour, tomato sauce to onion and green chilies and simmer over low heat. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add to tomato sauce mixture, add Half & Half and browned beef. Mix well and set aside.

Dip tortillas in hot oil and drain. In a greased casserole layer tortillas and meat mixture ending with meat on top. Cook in oven 30-35 minutes at 350º.
