4 oranges (plus 1 to press)
2 fennel
2-4 red onions
1-2 twigs of rosemary
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
8 tbsp. olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the fennel and onions in small pieces. Cut oranges in slices, remove rind and arrange them on a large plate. Layer the fennel and onions on top of the orange slices. Prepare the sauce, mixing the juice of one orange, vinegar, oil, salt & pepper. Pour over salad. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
