3 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cups seedless raisins
3 tbsp. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl. Mix butter and sugar with a mixer until foamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes at middle speed. Add flour mixture and stir until flour has vanished. Add raisins and orange zest. Cover the cookie sheet with baking paper and drop dough one tsp. at a time. Bake at 375º about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Makes 54 cookies.
