1/2 stick oleo or margarine (4 T.)
2 cans potato soup
3 slices Velveeta cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 soup cans of water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Pepper to taste (no salt)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo and sauté celery and carrots in a skillet. Add chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Put in crock pot and add potato soup, cheese and pepper. Stir in sour cream. Cook for about two hours on low or until vegetables are done.
