1 head lettuce (medium)
1 c. celery (diced)
4 eggs (hard cooked and sliced)
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
1/2 c. green pepper (cut in strips or diced)
1 sweet onion (medium size, diced)
8 slices bacon, (cook until crisp, crumble) or bacos
2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (1 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Tear the cleaned, crispy lettuce into small bite-size pieces in a 9x12” pan. Layer the next six ingredients in the order given above. Add the sugar to the mayonnaise and spread over the top, as you would frosting. Top with the grated cheese; cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. At
serving time, you can garnish with additional bacon and parsley.
