1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Djion mustard
1/2c. plain low fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables.
