1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp onion soup mix
2 tbsp beef broth
1 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
Cooked noodles or mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine the cream of mushroom soup, soup mix, beef broth and tapioca; let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in beef cubes.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
Yield: 3 servings.

To feed our family of four, I double the recipe and make plenty of noodles or mashed potatoes for leftovers.
