2 lb. (8 - 9 c.) ripe cranberries
4 c. water
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 pkg. Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cranberries & water to boil. Reduce heat. Cover & simmer 10 min. Measure out 7 1/2 cups. Add to large pot. Add sugar. Mix well. Bring to boil for 1 min. stirring constantly.
Stir in margarine. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo. Skim foam off top for 5 min. Ladle into jars, cover. Let cool.
