1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onion
chopped ripe olives (optional)
mayonnaise to moisten
English muffins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, onion, olives and mayonnaise together, using just enough mayonnaise to get to spreadable consistency. Spread on open-face English muffins. Broil till bubbly. Cut into quarters and serve warm.
