1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. banana or vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1 c. packed brown sugar
1. c. chopped nuts
little of sugar and cinnamon mixture
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. put the 1st six ingredients in the mixing bowl. Beat about 3 min, until well blended. Add the brown sugar and nuts. Blend well. Spray a bundt pan with PAM and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar mixed. Pour batter into pan and bake approximately40 -50 until tests dry in the center. Cool in pan until almost cool. Turn over on a wire rack until cool.
