2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ice water

Directions:
Cut shortening into flour until pea size, add salt and mix in about
1/2c. water. Form into a ball gently, and roll on lightly floured cloth.
Makes 1 crust.
