3 to 4 pods grated garlic
10 drops Tobasco
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup breakfast cream
2 to 3 T parsley
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 of a medium onion, grated

Cream everything in food processor.

Serve with your choice of chips or crackers. If you want to cut down on calories you can use low fat cream cheese, mayonnaise and fat free cream.
