Dressing:
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 pint mayonnaise
Salad:
1 (16oz) pkg. of shell macaroni
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together. Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Add all chopped ingredients and use 1/2 of dressing over salad. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Save the other half of dressing and use again. Dressing will keep refrigerated 2-3 weeks.
