One large head of shredded green cabbage
One tiny purple cabbage, grated
Two large grated carrots
Small onion chopped or grated
1/2 green bell pepper chopped or grated
One large can crushed pineapple, drained
2-tbsp. horseradish
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups mayonnaise

Of course, ingredients can be adjusted to taste. I have used baking Splenda for this recipe.

Chop or grate ingredients. Mix well. Best the next day. Keep refrigerated.
