Ingredients:  
1 pkg.Uncle Ben's wild and white rice mix
1 can seasoned French style green beans
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 cup grated cheese
2-3 cups cooked and diced chicken
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Cook rice as directed on package, drain beans and add all other
ingredients. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 8x 12 greased pan
at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Serves 10-12.

Personal Notes:
I sometimes cook casserole covered for 30-40 minutes and then top
with cheese and cook remaining time uncovered to melt the cheese.
Mamie is Andy Resor's Mother and this was one of her famous recipes.
