1 4-pound beef brisket, trimmed of fat
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 12-0z can beer (1 1/2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan; cover with sliced onion. Combine next 4 ingredients; pour over meat. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 3 1/2 hours. Uncover;bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally with juices.
