2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
¼ cup (or 5-ounce can) crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt (use more of less depending on how salty you like your food)

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Whip cream cheese until creamy.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for 1 cup pecans. Mix and form into a ball and set roll in remaining pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and let it set overnight. (This is very important so onion and bell pepper taste will not be so strong.)
