3 3/4 C Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 C White Corn Syrup
1 C Water
1 Tsp Flavored Oil
Desired Food Coloring
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in heavy sauce pan granulated sugar, corn syrup and water. Stir with a wooden spoon and bring to a boil. Boil until temperature reaches 310º. Add the desired food coloring and desired oil flavoring. Pour on a 18 X 24 inch strip of heavy duty aluminum foil lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar. When cool and hard, break into pieces. Store in airtight containers.

Suggested Combinations: peppermint, pink; cinnamon, red; lemon, yellow; spearmint, green; wintergreen, pale green; cherry, red; orange, orange; sassafras, light brown; lime, yellow green; clove, gold; raspberry, blue red; anis, dark blue; butter rum, yellow brown.
