-- six pounds of caramels (the kind you buy pre-wrapped in the store).
-- three pints heavy whipping cream
-- 15-20 large marshmallows (the kind you use for making s'mores).
Directions:
Directions:
Put whipping cream in the crock-pot first, then add the caramels and
marshmallows. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, until creamy and mixed well.
Stir every 30 minutes.

This can also be cooked in a double boiler, or in a microwave (for 25 minutes,
stopping to stir every five minutes).
