Cake:
2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 Tsp Soda
2 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Sticks Margarine
1 C Water
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Buttermilk

Icing:
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Stick Margarine
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 Box Confectioners Sugar
1 C Pecan Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, flour, sugar, and soda, set aside. Bring to a boil, cocoa, margarine and water. Stir into dry mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Pour into greased, floured sheet cake pan and bake at 350º for 15 to 25 minutes.

Icing: Bring to a boil, cocoa, margarine and buttermilk. Remove from heat; stir in 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 cup pecan chips. Pour over cake while still hot.
