Ingredients:  
1 lb crayfish tails
1 1/2 sticks butter or oleo
1 small bunch green onions
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 pt. half & half
3 T Sherry
salt & pepper
3 T flour or more

Directions:
Directions:
Saute tails in 1/2 stick butter (10 mins)
Saute onion, parsley in 1 stick butter, add flour, cream - make sauces. Add crayfish, Sherry. Serve in patty shells or in chafing dish.
