6 large avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed
1 medium onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 small sprig of cilantro, minced
1 tbsp. minced jalapeņo pepper
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp. white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix but do not blend. The mixture should be coarse. For a spicier flavor add more jalapeņo. Serve immediately with corn chips. (Beer and margaritas are a nice touch also).
