1 Gallon thinly sliced Cucumber (unpeeled)
1 Cup Salt
3 Cup Sugar
3 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp White Mustard Seed
1 Tbsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers in a dish pan and cover with water and the cup of salt. Let stand 3 hours. Rinse with cold water and drain. Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed and tumeric and pour over cucumbers. Bring to a simmering boil. Pack boiling hot in jars and seal.
