1 Frying Chicken
1 Box Minute Rice
1 Can Celery Soup
1 Can Mushroom Soup
! Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup (or any other brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Pour minute rice in the bottom of the dish. Mix the celery soup and 1 can of water. Pour over rice. Mix 1/2 can water with the mushroom soup. Add to the rice. Add 1 cup of milk to the mixture and stir. Cut up frying chicken. Place chicken onto the rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle the dry onion soup over all. Bake at 350º for approximately 45 min. or until chicken is thoroughly tender.
Serve!

This recipe was given to me by Hazel Thompson, in the early 1970's, while we were living at Wyandotte. Hazel had been a "Home Economics" teacher. I think she taught there at Wyandotte. I really appreciated her friendship while we were living there.
